MobileNOBO Brings Video to Mobile

MobileNOBO has released its adult-friendly "send to mobile" button services; offering a real-time video converter that supports more than 700 mobile video formats.

According to the company, the system makes building your own mobile content site an easy, three-step process; requiring clients to first sign up for free by filling out their contact details and payments information. Next, clients create their site by setting up a personalized mobile content web portal; choosing a template and colors; a unique sub-domain and personal logo. Finally, clients make money from every order made by users.

The upshot is that webmasters simply display a "send to mobile" button alongside their videos so that surfers can easily download a mobile-friendly version of the clip.

According to the company, the service allows website users to send video content from any website to any mobile phone they choose to; providing support for 212 countries, with a focus on delivering the best possible end user screening experience.

Implementing the service is as simple as adding a bit of cut-and-paste code to your website and does not require any initial investment. Integrated billing through PSMS, WAP, IVR, credit cards and PayPal allow for easy transaction processing, with content providers receiving a share of the revenues from commercials and "sending fees."

Webmasters can also send an XML feed to the service and receive a free WAP site with all of their videos on display; which can be automatically shown to users after their first video download.

Operators marketing through television or other direct video channels can use the MVC (Mobile Video Center) system to convert and send digital videos to mobile handsets in real time by adding an onscreen message during playback, such as "To download this video send the number 121212 to SMS number 65002."

Operators can also use the system to develop their own mobile advertising campaigns using SMS WAP-Link Push, SMS Short Code, Bluetooth Push and more.
